All properties that have failed to receive a bid at the fall Upset Tax Sale will be exposed again at public auction at the Judicial Tax Sale. This sale is held in the spring of each year. The minimum starting bid is bureau costs. All properties are sold free and clear of all tax and municipal claims, mortgages, liens, charges and estates of whatsoever kind, except ground rents, separately taxed.
