Link to Aging and Disability Resources is a collaborative effort funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) to provide information and linkages to long-term service and support for people over the age of 60 and persons between the ages of 18 and 59 with disabilities. 

 

A knowledgeable network of partnering agencies will provide supportive service to the target population within Monroe County. Information and assistance on services will be provided for both private pay and publicly funded individuals.

 

There is no charge for assistance provided by the Monroe County Link to Aging and Disability Resources. Some service providers agencies may charge fees.
