County Controller   Mission: The Controller's Office is responsible for the fiscal affairs of the County of Monroe to ensure that county finances are administered, recorded and reported in a legal and timely fashion.   The Controller's Office processes payroll for over 700 employees, reviews and processes all County bills, oversees grant programs from state and federal agencies and audits Monroe County's ten Magisterial District Court Justices and twenty Tax Collectors.
